FLIP-N-FUN Group Diving Lessons
Group lessons are offered at the Ft. Lauderdale Aquatic Complex. Click here for a map and directions to the facility.
The classes meet for one hour each day - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30 and Saturday 11:30 - 12:30. The instructors are USA Diving Safety Certified, as well as CPR and First Aid certified. Classes are purchased in increments of 8. Each student is given a punchcard which is punched for each lesson taken. Students may take as many lessons a week as they would like. The class will have no more than 10 athletes per coach. Basic skills and dives will be taught on the 1 and 3 meter springboard. Team membership is available to those who learn the skills and have the desire to be a team member.
