Team

The Ft. Lauderdale Diving Team is a member of USA Diving, the national governing body for the United States Olympic Committee.

This program offers a variety of programs from beginning lessons – training divers for the Olympic Games and everything inbetween.

The competitive team offers training year round and competes in competitions within the Florida Gold Coast Diving Association,nationally and internationally depending upon your level of expertise.

Training during the school year starts after school with several different programs to choose.

We have a high school group for those divers only diving for their high schools. We have Future Champions group for beginning levelcompetitive divers.

We also offer an age group, national and elite level programs for those divers that want to reach for a dream.

Training time vary between 1 ½ hours per day up to 3 ½ - 4 hours per day and from 2 days per week to 6 days per week.
